A. Basic eligibility– Federal skilled workers 基本條件

We can only process your application if you:

have one year of continuous full-time (or an equal amount of continuous part-time) paid work experience 在適合職業(yè)列表中列出的職業(yè)類別中，至少擁有1年全日制工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，或者

in one of the eligible occupations within the last ten years, OR

have a valid offer of arranged employment, OR 提供有效的工作雇傭信，或者

are an international student who is enrolled in a PhD program in Canada (or who graduated from a Canadian PhD program within the past 12 months) and meet the factors below. 是一名國際學(xué)生并且在加拿大院校注冊在讀的博士生（或者是在過去12個(gè)月內(nèi)從加拿大院校畢業(yè)的博士生）

Also, no matter which of the three groups above you apply under, you must: 無論以上3個(gè)類別你是屬于哪種，你都必須：

include the results of your official language test showing that you meet the minimum language threshold (Canadian Language Benchmark 7) in all four language skill areas (speaking, listening, reading and writing) when you apply, and 在提及申請時(shí)就需要提供符合要求的英語成績，聽說讀寫均需達(dá)到加拿大語言水平測試7級，并且：

include either a completed Canadian educational credential or a completed foreign educational credential with an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) from an approved organization, and 提供完整的加拿院校學(xué)歷證明或經(jīng)過ECA認(rèn)證的海外同等學(xué)歷證明，并且：

Remember that even if your application is eligible to be processed, you must meet all of the other FSW program requirements, such as meeting the pass mark on the selection grid and having enough money to support you and your family in Canada.
