五、課程與教學(xué)

1、雙語教學(xué)：研究方向有l(wèi)anguage policy and program development; second language acquisition; biliteracy; effective bilingual and ESL instructional practices; bilingual and ESL teacher preparation; evaluation and assessment in language education; and theories of immigration

2、教育文化研究：CSE教師專門從事社會(huì)文化知識和教學(xué),理論和教育學(xué),激進(jìn)主義教育、身份的形成、機(jī)構(gòu),經(jīng)驗(yàn)教育,社區(qū)知識,原住民知識系統(tǒng)和化和教育

3、幼兒教育：focuses on the social, academic, cultural, racial and political intersections of young children entering grades preschool - 3rd grade

4、外語教學(xué)：此專業(yè)在14年以后不再招收學(xué)生

5、語言和識字研究：Our programs give educators opportunities to think deeply about teaching and learning in diverse classrooms and communities, and provide them with theoretically sound, research-based ways of growing what they already do.

6、學(xué)習(xí)技術(shù)：類似于教育技術(shù)，把物理、媒體結(jié)合到教學(xué)中

8、社會(huì)研究教育：focuses on research, theory, and teacher preparation that explore the contextual and contested meanings of “history” and “citizenship” in the U.S. public schools
